Shipping Policy

Current Processing Time:

I aim to ship all orders in under 10 business days. I usually ship within 3 business days but allow myself a buffer due to my disability.

Estimated Shipping Times:

For Continental US orders

Most orders should arrive within 5 business days. Please allow at least 7 business days before assuming your package is lost. See below for details regarding lost mail.

For International Orders

Please allow up to 30 business days when planning your purchase. International shipping is especially hard to estimate as each country has a different customs process. Please plan ahead if you are purchasing for a specific occasion. I am happy to provide a price quote for express shipping that would be invoiced.

Tracked vs Untracked Flats Only (Excludes Large Prints)

Untracked mail will be sent in a stamped envelope. There is a weight limit of 3 oz. Please be aware that prints are sent with a backing card to prevent them from bending. These cards add about 0.2 oz. I will reach out to you if there are any issues with the weight exceeding 3 oz.

Untracked shipping is NOT available for prints exceeding 5x7". All 8x8" and 8x10" prints MUST be sent with TRACKED shipping due to size.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! I offer shipping worldwide as long as there are no current restrictions*. There have been a lot of changes to where I can and cannot ship due to covid. If you are unsure about your countries current restrictions, please feel free to contact me using the CONTACT tab in the menu and I would be happy to look into it for you.

*Countries I can no longer ship to due to new license requirements and/or other restrictions:

Germany, Austria, France, Greece, Luxembourg, Poland, Russia, Slovakia, Spain and Ukraine. 

Please note this list may not be complete. The requirements are constantly changing and it is hard to keep up. At this time, countries that require a yearly fee for a license will be included in these lists. If at any time there appears to be enough of a demand I may adjust which countries are included. 

I'm from the UK/EU, how do I make a purchase?

Due to the new changes in how VAT is collected, please purchase using my Etsy shop. HERE

Please send me a message through Etsy requesting a custom order. Once I receive your message, I will ask you for a list of what you would like to order. Be sure to include the country in which I will be shipping to so I can quote you on shipping. After all of the details are confirmed, I will create a custom posting for you.

How long will it take to receive my order?

My current order processing time is up to 5 business days. I try my best to send out orders same day or next day but I try to allow myself some extra wiggle room in case my chronic illness flares up.

Due to covid and recent structural changes to USPS, there have been delays in shipping. Within the US, most orders arrive within 3-6 business but please allow for extra time if you are planning to purchase for a specific date range. International orders can take up to a few months during busier times so please keep that in mind when placing an order.

Policies for Cancellations, Returns/Exchanges

Do you allow cancelations, returns or exchanges?

I do not currently accept cancellations for shipped orders, returns or exchanges. If you wish to cancel and have NOT yet received a shipping notification, please message me ASAP. Once I purchase a shipping label I can no longer cancel an order. 

If there is an issue with your order that is causing you to want a return or an exchange, please message me. While I don't typically accept these, I want you to be happy with your order and will be happy to work with you.

Please be aware that if there are any extenuating circumstances in which I grant a return or exchange, original shipping charges will NOT be refunded. Return shipping charges or reshipping charges are the buyers responsibility.

For returns/exchanges due to damages, please contact me within 7 days of delivery.

My order was damaged, what are my options?

I do my best to package all of your orders with extra care to avoid damages. Unfortunately, sometimes packages go through some rough journeys. If your order has arrived damaged please reach out to me through the CONTACT tab in the menu with your order number and photos of BOTH the packaging and the damaged item(s). If you are unable to attach a photo through the contact form I will email you with a request for a photo. Please reply to this email with the photo attached. 

I think my order was lost or miss-delivered?

First off, I am so sorry! I have experienced this myself many times and it is frustrating. If you suspect that your order has been lost in the mail due to no tracking updates, please allow extra time due to all of the slow downs.

If you ordered stamped mail:

US- Please allow a couple weeks (10-14 business days). If you still have not seen it after this amount of time, please reach out to me with your order number and I will assist you.

International- Please allow for 30 business days. If you still have not seen it after this amount of time, please reach out to me with your order number and I will assist you.

If you ordered tracked mail:

Lost? If there have been no updates for 7-10 business days (US) or 30+ business days (international), you can file for a missing mail inquiry through the tracking page. Please let me know that you are doing this so I can verify stock for more limited items such as the keychains, magnets and so on. Once USPS responds to you, let me know what their decision is and I will assist you from there.

Tracking says delivered but there is no package? Unfortunately, once I drop off your order I can no longer control what happens and I only have the same amount of information you do. I will however, do my best to work with you should there be any issues.

There are a few things you should do:

First, check with neighbors and others who live with you in case they have it. Also check near bushes, outdoor furniture, manager/security desks, and anywhere else it could be tucked or hidden. 

Second, call your LOCAL postal branch. The 1-800 number is a general number. It is best to look up the local branch that handles your deliveries. They should be able to use the GPS location scan to determine whether or not they miss-delivered your package. It is also not uncommon for it to be marked delivered early. In my experience, it is best to call ASAP to verify on if it was in fact delivered or if it was a miss scan. Reaching out day of or the following morning when they open will give them the best chance of locating your package.

Third, if you believe that your order was stolen, you need to file a police report. Mail theft is unfortunately beyond my control. Please make sure that you have a safe location for your packages to be delivered to or arrange to pick it up at your local post office.

Thank You Postcard Name

My preferred name differs from my ship to name, can I request a different name?

Yes! I understand that it is not always safe or an option to have mail sent addressed to your preferred name. Please leave a note during checkout or send me a message ASAP with your preferred name for the thank you postcard/note. I try to fulfill the orders as fast as I can so please message me immediately if you forget to leave a note.

My order is a gift, can I leave a gift note?

Yes! For gift orders, please leave a note at checkout stating that the order is a gift AND a gift note if you would like one. I have different cards for gifts. There is no charge for requesting a gift note. This does NOT include gift wrapping.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Yes, there is a gift wrapping option. You can purchase this like any other product. You can find the gift wrapping option under the Gift Cards and Wrapping section.

This is option for gift orders that you wish to have wrapped in a decorative tissue or wrapping paper. I usually rotate patterns depending on the season. You may leave info on favorite color, animal, occasion, etc and I will do my best to choose a pattern that reflects the request. I cannot promise that I will have something on hand but I will do my best!

Please leave a note at checkout with the name of the recipient and a gift note to include. If you need to include more information than what the checkout notes allows space for, send me a message ASAP with your order number and any additional information.
